ORBITAL WELDING
Computer control ensures repeatability of the welding process, so that individual welds have the same properties and geometry. The system achieves full penetration without internal pores, irregularities, or depressions. Welding takes place in a protective argon atmosphere on both the outside and the inside of the pipe, which prevents oxidation and discoloration of the material. The technology is also suitable for thin-walled pipes, where it eliminates the risk of burn-through or thermal deformation. The course of each weld is recorded in an electronic protocol that provides the customer with data on welding current, time, and voltage for certification and inspection purposes.
